Referral Program Terms & Conditions

The Connect Invest Refer-A-Friend Program ("Program") offers bonuses to both existing investors ("Referrers") and new investors ("Referees") when specific conditions are met. By participating in the Program, both parties agree to the following terms:

Program Overview

Eligibility

Referrers must have a Connect Invest account allowing dashboard access to request their unique referral URL. Referees must be new to the Connect Invest platform and not have an existing account.

Referral Process

Referrers can invite Referees to join by sharing their unique URL, which the Referee must use when registering to Connect Invest.

Steps to Qualify for the Referral Bonus

Account Creation: Referees must open a new account on the Connect Invest platform using the Referrer's URL.
Initial Investment: After registering, Referees must link a bank account, transfer funds, and invest a minimum of $500 in a Connect Invest Short Note within 10 days of clicking on the Referrer's URL.
Note Activation: The investment must activate (meaning no funding errors or other issues) for both the Referrer and Referee to qualify for the referral bonus.

Referrer Bonus

The Referrer will receive a $50 credit for each successful referral once all qualifying steps have been met.

Referee Bonus

$50

The Referee will receive a $50 credit after completing the qualifying investment.

Unlimited Referrals— There is no cap on the number of referral bonuses you can earn during the Program.

Important Conditions

Investment Window

Referees must complete their initial investment within 10 daysof opening the Referrer's URL.

Program Timeline

The Program begins on June 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM PT and ends on December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT.

Liquidation Fees

If the Referee requests liquidation of the qualifying investment after receiving the promotional credit, both the liquidation fee and the $50 bonus credit will be deducted from the principal. The Referrer may also be subject to fees or disqualification from future incentives.

Tax Information

Tax Liability

Participation in the Program may result in taxable income for both Referrers and Referees. Connect Invest may issue a Form 1099-MISC to report this income to the IRS. Both parties are responsible for any applicable taxes and should consult a tax advisor with questions about their personal tax situation.

Other Terms

Fraud Prevention

Connect Invest reserves the right to revoke any referral credits if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud.

Program Changes

The program's terms, including bonuses and timelines, are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice.

By participating in the Program, both Referrers and Referees agree to these terms and conditions.
