I need to update my bank account information. Where can I do that?

You can update your bank account information on your account dashboard.

 

Can I cancel a transfer of cash to or from my Connect Invest account wallet?

Yes, you can cancel a pending transfer within 1 business day of initiation by contacting customerservice@connectinvest.com and indicating your desired request. If the bank transfer is already past the one business day period or has already been completed you can request a withdraw from your wallet through the client portal and the funds will be transferred back to your bank account on record with Connect Invest.
